Please read these Terms of Use completely and carefully before using www.supreme-living.de and the services, functions, content or applications offered by Supreme living & working GmbH (in short “Supreme living”). These Terms of Use set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and Services.

Supreme living offers a wide range of modern and fully furnished rooms as well as shared apartments in the Rhine-Main area.
Apartments and rooms can be rented quickly and easily via the website www.supreme-living.de.
In order to use the full functionality of this website / services, you must register free of charge.
- Acceptance of the conditions
By registering and / or using the Website / Services, the User agrees to these Terms of Use and all other operating rules, policies and procedures. These may possibly be updated from time to time without prior notice to the user.
Certain Services may be subject to additional terms of use, as determined by Supreme living. Use of these Services is subject to the additional Terms of Use incorporated herein by this reference.
These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to users who provide content, information and other materials or services, whether registered or not.
- Member registration
The offer of Supreme living, especially the renting of an apartment or a room, is only available to registered members.
In order to use the offers of Supreme living, the user must register free of charge.
Membership is only permitted to persons of full age (18 years or older) and full legal capacity. By registering with Supreme living, the user declares that he / she is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity.
Supreme living may at any time and in its sole discretion decide to refuse any services, to any person or entity.
The right to access the Services will be revoked if these Terms of Use or the use of the Services is prohibited or to the extent that the offer, sale or provision of the Services is in conflict with any applicable law, rule or regulation. In addition, the Services are provided for the use of Users only and not for the use or benefit of any third party.
- Registration
For the purpose of registration, the user must provide the following:

- Answers to various questions about yourself
If the user has already registered as a Supreme living member at an earlier point in time, his personal data will be confirmed online or in person by a Supreme living employee on a random basis.
Supreme living may either reject or accept the registration request submitted by the user. Eligibility for registration is at the discretion of Supreme living. The user has no right to registration. If the User’s registration application is accepted, the User may review the registration information and accepts the terms and conditions of membership in Supreme living.
The rights associated with the membership are exclusively entitled to the registered user and are not transferable. For registration, the user may only use his personal data. Only one active member account is allowed per user.
The user assures that the information provided by him during the registration process is correct, complete and up-to-date and will also be updated continuously thereafter.
Users are solely responsible for the activities that occur on their account and for the security of their password. You may never use another person’s user account or registration information for the Services without permission. You must promptly notify Supreme living of any changes to your authorization to use the Services, security breaches, or unauthorized use of your account.
You should never share user account credentials.

For purposes of these Terms of Use, the term “Content” includes, without limitation, information, data, text, photographs, video, audio clips, written submissions and comments, software, scripts, graphics, and generated interactive features. provided or otherwise made available on or through the Services. For purposes of this Agreement, “Content” includes all User Content (as defined below).
The User acknowledges that all Content accessed through the Services is done so at the User’s own risk and that the User is solely responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the User or any other party as a result thereof. Supreme living does not warrant that any Content accessed by the User through the Services is or will continue to be accurate.
The Services may contain Content that is specifically provided by Supreme living, its affiliates or its users, and such Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws. The User must comply with all copyright notices, information and restrictions contained in all Content accessed through the Services.
Subject to these Terms of Use, Supreme living grants each user of the Services a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use (i.e., download and locally display) Content solely for the purpose of using the Services. The use, reproduction, modification, distribution or storage of any Content for any purpose other than the use of the Services is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Supreme living. The user is not entitled to sell, license, rent or otherwise use or exploit any content for commercial purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.
Supreme living does not guarantee that any content will be made available on the website or services.
- Rules of conduct
As a condition of use, Users agree not to use the Services for any purpose prohibited by these Terms of Use. Members are responsible for all their activities related to the services.
Users are prohibited (and shall not permit any third party) from uploading, downloading, posting, submitting or otherwise distributing or enabling the distribution of any content that:
- Infringe any patent, trademark or trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other right of any other person or entity, or violate any law or contractual obligation;
- are false, misleading, untrue or inaccurate;
- are unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, profane,
- Contain or depict nudity, contain or depict sexual activity, or are otherwise inappropriate in our sole discretion;
- contain unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (“spamming”);
- contain software viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to interfere with, damage, limit or impair the proper functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- Impersonate any person or entity, including any employee or agent of Supreme living; or
- include identification documents or sensitive financial information of another person.
Members are not allowed to
- Take any action that (in our sole discretion) imposes, or could impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Supreme living’s infrastructure (or on any third-party infrastructure);
- interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or the activities conducted on the Services;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any measures taken by Supreme living to prevent or restrict access to the Services (or any other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Services);
- Use the form of autoresponders or “spam” on the services;
- use manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to “crawl” or “spider” a page of the Website;
- Extract or remove Content from the Services; or
- otherwise take actions that violate the terms of use of Supreme living.
User may not (directly or indirectly):
- Decrypt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any portion of the Services (including, without limitation, Applications), except to the limited extent prohibited by applicable law;
- Modify, translate or otherwise create derivative works from any part of the Services; or
- copy, rent, lease, distribute or otherwise transfer the rights granted to users hereunder. Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
Supreme living also reserves the right to access, read, retain and disclose any personal information if we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, legal process or regulatory requirements,
- enforce these Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof,
- Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues,
- respond to support requests from users or
- Protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users and the public.
- to claim outstanding or defaulted payments.
- Membership costs
Membership on the Supreme living website is free of charge.
- Beginning and end of membership
Membership begins at the time of registration and ends at the request of the user, but only if there is no current tenancy.
- Extraordinary termination of membership
Supreme living may terminate the membership unilaterally and extraordinarily, regardless of the existence of the tenancy, if the user seriously violates these terms of use.
A serious violation shall be deemed to have occurred, in particular, if the User violates the rules of conduct pursuant to Section 5 or creates multiple member accounts, uses the Website in a manner that violates applicable law, provides outdated or false information, information provided during the registration process is incomplete or is not updated.
- Limitations of liability
Supreme living accepts no liability for damage or loss arising from direct or indirect use of the website, with the exception of liability under mandatory law for damage based on intent, gross negligence, injury to life, limb or health, fraudulent concealment of a defect or breach of fundamental contractual obligations.
In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions and agreements with others, including users and members. We make no representations or warranties regarding the conduct of any user or member, the compatibility of any user or member with any current or prospective member, including roommates or neighbors, or any information regarding activities or arrangements proposed by any user or member.
Users agree to take reasonable precautions and exercise the utmost personal care in all interactions with other Users or Members or other persons with whom they come into contact through the Services, particularly if they decide to meet such Users, Members or persons in person. Users understand and agree that Supreme living makes no warranties, express or implied, as to their compatibility with users, members, or others they meet through the Services, including roommates or neighbors. For example, under no circumstances should users share financial information (e.g., credit card or bank account numbers) with anyone else. Supreme living strongly encourages users to exercise extreme caution before disclosing personal information to others, including users and members. Supreme living cannot guarantee that direct contact with other persons with whom Users come into contact via the Services is safe. If users believe that an individual is engaging in self-harassment or otherwise using personal information for unlawful purposes, Supreme living recommends that users first notify local law enforcement authorities and contact Supreme living.
- Right of withdrawal
If the user is a consumer in the sense of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), he/she is entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with § 355 BGB upon conclusion of the membership contract, provided that the contract is a distance contract in accordance with § 13 BGB § 312 c BGB.
Pursuant to Section 312c of the German Civil Code, distance contracts are contracts in which the entrepreneur or a person acting in his name or on his behalf and the consumer use exclusively means of distance communication for the negotiation and conclusion of the contract; this does not apply if the contract is not concluded via a distribution or service system intended for distance selling.
In this context, means of distance communication are all means of communication that can be used to initiate or conclude a contract without the simultaneous physical presence of the contracting parties being required, such as letters, catalogs, telephone calls, faxes, e-mails, text messages sent via mobile phone service (SMS), and messages broadcast and sent via teleservices.
Information on the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the membership within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us (Supreme living & working GmbH, Justus-von-Liebig-Str. 11, 63110 Rodgau, e-mail: info@supreme-living.de) of your decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Section 10 by submitting a clearly formulated statement (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If the period of performance requested by you overlaps with the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate fee corresponding to the part payable for the services provided up to the date on which you notified us that you are withdrawing from the contract in its entirety Scope of the services provided for in the contract.
