  • Identification documents of all persons to be registered

German nationals
  • Identity card, passport or children’s passport.
  • In the case of children up to the age of 16, the birth certificate if no identification document is yet available.
  • The new place of residence is entered in the passport and children’s passport. On the identity card the address is changed.

EU citizens (incl. Switzerland and Liechtenstein)
  • Identity card or passport and – if available – eID cardInternal link. The address is changed on the chip of the eID card.

Non-EU citizens
  • Passport or passport replacement documents and – if available – electronic residence permit (eAT). The address is changed on the eAT.

The photos are taken in the best possible way, so you can get a good idea of what you are looking for. However, we always work to get the expectations right when we offer someone a room, because we want you to get everything you expect.

Your monthly rent includes internet connection, electricity, water consumption and heating costs.

The cost of tri-weekly cleaning in the room is included in the rent.

All you have to do is pack your clothes and you can move into your new home right away!

Your room is fully furnished so that you can live in it comfortably from the very first day.

The use of vacuum cleaner, clothes horse and washing machine and iron and ironing board are included in the price.

Our kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utensils.

Your room is fully furnished with a bed, a closet and a desk with a chair.
